Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. In cases of high order volumes, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates

Free Shipping: Enjoy free worldwide shipping on all orders over $39 USD.

Standard Shipping: For orders under $39 USD, a flat rate of $5.99 USD will be applied. A flat shipping fee of $6.99 USD applies to U.S. orders due to high tariff policies.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States, Canada, Australia, and most European countries: 8–15 business days.

  • Other countries: Please allow 15–30 business days. 

Please be aware that shipping times can be affected by customs clearance processes, public holidays, and other unforeseen factors.

Split Shipment Notice

To avoid customs clearance delays, we keep package weight under 1.2kg. Therefore:

  • Some orders may be shipped in multiple parcels

  • Or part of the order may be sent later as a supplementary shipment

Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been placed successfully, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. After your order has been shipped, a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) will be sent to you. Tracking information typically becomes active within 3–5 business days. You can track your order at 17track.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local postal service. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. If your package has not shown any tracking updates for more than 5 days, please contact us at support@doodlediarys.com with your order information.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Please note that Doodle Diarys is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

IMPORTANT:

Doodle Diarys is not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. If you realize you have made an error, simply e-mail us at support@doodlediarys.com as soon as possible. However there is a 72 hour wait list for email, therefore, if your order has left our warehouse within 72 hours, it is out of our control.

Doodle Diarys is not responsible for destination country tax and/or any duty charge that may incur. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country.

Doodle Diarys will not be responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances.

If the order arrives at your country and...

  • The customer refuses to accept the package
  • Number of attempts is made in the country of destination to deliver the package. 

Doodle Diarys reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.
